At the bottom of this link, is another layout of the Dragon Orb Combining guide.

but i dont know mean : "WARNING: Do NOT place your gear into the gear box and click refine like you normally would. This will NOT use your dragon orb and give you 100% success rate"

any guide me please step by step

I think this is referring to just placing the gear into the box, without placing the Dragon Orb in the second box. You would have to put the orb in the second box with your gear in the first box. I think that is the answer your looking for. I'll pm you in game to find out for sure what your question is though.
